Truth About Abs ResultsWould you like to lose weight and reduce your body fat, but you cannot afford either a gym membership or a personal trainer? If so, then you need to check out “The Truth About Six Pack Abs” home weight loss-and-exercise program. The Truth About Abs program is suitable for both men and women.

As a matter of fact, I used the same weight-loss, fat-burning principles revealed in “The Truth About Six Pac Abs” to lose 55 lbs in less than 180 days! And, yes, that’s my real, un-retouched, before-and-after picture that you see to the left.

The Truth About Abs program was brought to my attention by my friends/workout buddies. Initially, I resisted and I didn’t want to have anything to do with it. I thought to myself, “As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and helping many clients lose weight and get in-shape, what could a fitness e-book teach me that I already didn’t know?”

But, I later decided to buy it, since it only cost $39, so that I could find everything wrong about the Truth About Abs program and subsequently advice my clients to stay away from it.

But, you know what? Something strange happened…

After I purchased the Truth About Six Pack Abs program, I downloaded it, printed out the entire 149 pages and began reading it. Immediately, I became impressed with the level of detailed information included in the manual about how to lose weight and reduce body fat, especially in the area of nutrition.

So, I read, and read, and read some more…And, before I knew it, I’d read the entire manual from cover-to-cover in several hours. To make a long story short, I am now a believer of the Truth About Abs fitness program.

Allow me to explain why…

Mike Geary, the creator of The Truth About Abs program is both a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), which is why his six pack abs program focuses on “proven strategies, tips, and secrets that will help you reduce your body fat to such levels that your abdominals are clearly visible” (4).

If you haven’t figured it out yet, the secret to getting a flat stomach or a six pack is not about doing an endless number of crunches all day long until you turn blue. Instead, you want to focus on reducing your body fat; otherwise, you will never be able to get rid of the layer of fat covering your abs. According to Mike Geary, “if you want to stand a chance at getting six pack abs, the actual abs exercises should be your last priority” (3).

You should know that the Truth About Abs program has withstood the test of time–it’s been around since 2004–and it’s helped thousands of people get rid of their belly rolls along the way.

But, as an affiliate, the reasons why I’m recommending the Truth About Abs program is not simply because of Mike’s “fancy” credentials or the reverence that his six pack abs program has received over the years…

Unlike many fat loss gimmicks clogging up the Internet these days, Mike Geary cares about you enough to let you know upfront about what it would really take for you to burn fat and shed unwanted pounds so that you can finally have a flat stomach or a set of six pack abs. In other words, he doesn’t make false or outlandish promises that his Truth About Abs program will help you get a six-pack in “7 minutes or less” without you having to do any work.

As a matter of fact, he explicitly states that you will only be able transform your now flabby or beer belly-like gut “into six packs with some hard work and discipline [plus]…a little time and patience” (2). Plus, “in order [for you] to ever be succesful at anything, all excuses need to go out the window” (6). Wow, talk about giving it to you “straight” and right in between the eyes!

I don’t know about you, but I happen to appreciate a good old-fashioned honesty especially in this day in age where some company is always trying to sell you the latest “miracle weight loss gadget” or some so-called “magic pill” that will supposedly help you lose weight and burn fat fast without you having to put down the remote and get your butt off the couch so that you can actually burn some calories.

By the way, the Truth About Abs program is definitely not for you if you think that it will help you get a flat stomach or six pack abs overnight. As clearly stated by Mike Geary, “getting a nice set of abs…doesn’t happen overnight” (3).

If you cannot afford a gym membership, don’t worry. The Truth About Abs manual include varied fat-burning exercises that you can do at home using just an exercise ball and a pair of dumbbells or simply your own body weight.

What about your genetics? Have you ever been told that because of your so-called genes, you will never be able to get a flat stomach or the six pack abs that you’ve always dreamt about no matter how hard you try or workout? Not totally true.

Mike Geary reveals in his Truth About Abs program that “a tight lean set of abs is definitely attainable to most people (regardless of genetics) if you get in the right mindset, follow some sound training advice and follow a healthy diet that promotes body fat loss” (2). Doesn’t knowing that give you hope that one day you too can show off your nice set of abs at the beach?

So, if you’re currently struggling with trying to get a flat stomach or six pack abs, the next logical thing is to ask yourself if you have the right mindset, if you’re getting and following the “right” training advice, and if you’re maintaining a diet that promotes body fat loss. If not, in my humble opinion, you might want to consider purchasing the Truth About Abs program by Mike Geary.

After all, they say that the definition of “Insanity” is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. My dear friend, if you feel that you’ve tried “everything” and you’re not seeing your six pack abs or you don’t have a flat stomach yet, it might be time for you to make a change in your approach to burning fat and discover the “real truth” about getting six pack abs.

If at this point you’re wondering if striving to get a flat stomach or six pack abs is even worth the effort, you should know that having a well defined and properly trained set of abdominals is not just about looking good.
