Bicep Exercises


Alternate Arm Curls

  • Hold a dumbbell, water bottle, or strength band in each hand.
  • Stand with legs hip width apart and knees slightly soft.
  • Brace your abs and keep your back straight.
  • Place your elbows at your sides.
  • With palms facing upward, curl one arm up to your shoulders.
  • Extend arm again to lower to starting position, as you curl other arm.
  • Carry on in this alternating fashion for selected length of time.
