Bicep Exercises
Alternate Arm Curls
Hold a dumbbell, water bottle, or strength band in each hand.
Stand with legs hip width apart and knees slightly soft.
Brace your abs and keep your back straight.
Place your elbows at your sides.
With palms facing upward, curl one arm up to your shoulders.
Extend arm again to lower to starting position, as you curl other arm.
Carry on in this alternating fashion for selected length of time.
