Modified Wide Push-ups
Begin in the all-fours position on the floor.
Place your hands 4 inches wider than shoulder width apart.
Keep your hands and knees in contact with the ground.
Keep the tummy tucked and the back straight.
Bend your arms and lower your chest to the floor.
Then push your body upward as you extend your arms, returning to the front-support position for repeating.
