Modified Wide Push-ups

  • Begin in the all-fours position on the floor.
  • Place your hands 4 inches wider than shoulder width apart.
  • Keep your hands and knees in contact with the ground.
  • Keep the tummy tucked and the back straight.
  • Bend your arms and lower your chest to the floor.
  • Then push your body upward as you extend your arms, returning to the front-support position for repeating.
