Fat Burning Exercise


Jumping Rope/Skipping (with or without a rope)

  • There are various types of skipping. Use variations and be creative with your movements.
  • Try two feet off the ground, alternate feet, hop on one leg for 5 counts then swap, and so on.
  • Jump for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Jump on one foot for half the time and switch legs for the remainder, jumping only an inch or so off the floor.
