Fat Burning Exercise
Marching Knee-ups
Start by marching on the spot with high knee lift. Place your hand outward at waist height.
Pick your knees up to waist height and pump your legs alternatively so knees touch hands.
Speed of movements and/or height of knees controls degree of effort used.
