Fat Burning Exercise
Shadow Boxing
Assume a boxing position and go for a little shadow boxing.
Focus on controlled movements (not flailing punches), stay light on the balls of your feet and keep your knees bent.
Practice jabs, power punches, hooks, and upper cuts.
Hold a pair of very light weights or bottles of water for more resistance.
Repeat rhythmically and continuously for the allotted time.
