Fat Burning Exercise


Shadow Boxing

  • Assume a boxing position and go for a little shadow boxing.
  • Focus on controlled movements (not flailing punches), stay light on the balls of your feet and keep your knees bent.
  • Practice jabs, power punches, hooks, and upper cuts.
  • Hold a pair of very light weights or bottles of water for more resistance.
  • Repeat rhythmically and continuously for the allotted time.
