Side Jumps

  • Stand with feet together.
  • Jump to the right several feet, thinking of jumping laterally rather than vertically.
  • Keep knees bent and land in a squat position.
  • Land with knees soft and immediately jump back to the left.
  • Continue jumping from side to side.
  • Use a small object to jump over if you like (e.g., a book or broomstick).
  • Repeat for a set amount of time/repetitions.
