Fat Burning Exercise

Side Jumps
Stand with feet together.
Jump to the right several feet, thinking of jumping laterally rather than vertically.
Keep knees bent and land in a squat position.
Land with knees soft and immediately jump back to the left.
Continue jumping from side to side.
Use a small object to jump over if you like (e.g., a book or broomstick).
Repeat for a set amount of time/repetitions.
