Fat Burning Exercise
Squat Thrusts
Stand with feet together.
Squat down and place your hands on the floor next to your feet.
Keep stomach muscles braced and your back straight.
In an explosive movement, jump feet backwards so your body lands in a horizontal position.
To return, jump feet inward between elbows.
Repeat in a smooth, rhythmical fashion.
