Fat Burning Exercise
Tuck Jump
Standing on the spot, explosively jump up so both legs leave the ground simultaneously and tuck both knees in toward your chest.
Softly onto the balls of your feet first, then press down your heels to absorb the impact as you land with both feet at the same time.
Repeat rhythmically and continuously for the allotted time/repetitions.
