Fat Burning Exercise


Tuck Jump

  • Standing on the spot, explosively jump up so both legs leave the ground simultaneously and tuck both knees in toward your chest.
  • Softly onto the balls of your feet first, then press down your heels to absorb the impact as you land with both feet at the same time.
  • Repeat rhythmically and continuously for the allotted time/repetitions.
