360-Degree Lunge with Dumbbells

  • Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Step forward with one foot so the forward knee is directly over the toes and at a 90-degree angle.
  • Your back knee should come close to touching the ground (6 inches away) and your front leg should be bent to about 90 degrees at the knee.
  • Maintain your upright posture throughout the movement.
  • Push back to the starting position as you slightly swivel your entire body on the balls of the rear leg and continue with the same leg.
  • Keep turning in the same direction until you have completed a full circle.
  • Repeat on the opposite leg in the opposite direction for the same number of repetitions.
