360-Degree Lunge with Dumbbells
Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Step forward with one foot so the forward knee is directly over the toes and at a 90-degree angle.
Your back knee should come close to touching the ground (6 inches away) and your front leg should be bent to about 90 degrees at the knee.
Maintain your upright posture throughout the movement.
Push back to the starting position as you slightly swivel your entire body on the balls of the rear leg and continue with the same leg.
Keep turning in the same direction until you have completed a full circle.
Repeat on the opposite leg in the opposite direction for the same number of repetitions.
