Alternate Side Leg Lunges

  • Stand with feet 6-8 inches wider than hip width apart and feet pointing outwards.
  • Place hands on hips and lunge sideways by bending knees outwards.
  • Continue to move and lunge sideways from one leg to the other.
  • Repeat and continue.
