Alternating Split Squat
Stand with feet hip width apart.
Step back with your left leg approximately 2 feet standing on the ball of your back foot.
Feet should be positioned at a staggered stance with the head and back erect and straight in a neutral position.
Place your hands on your waist.
Lower your body by bending at the right hip and knee until your thigh is parallel to the floor then immediately explode vertically.
Switch feet in the air so that the back foot lands forward and vice versa.
Repeat in a smooth, rhythmical motion.
