Dynamic Step-ups

  • Step up onto the step bench starting with the right foot, follow with the left, then step down with the left and follow with the right.
  • Alternate the starting foot at half way if you wish.
  • This exercise should be performed at a fast pace with good balance and safety.
  • Ensure the step is anchored safely and solidly before starting.
  • Continue for a set amount of time/repetitions.
