Dynamic Step-ups
Step up onto the step bench starting with the right foot, follow with the left, then step down with the left and follow with the right.
Alternate the starting foot at half way if you wish.
This exercise should be performed at a fast pace with good balance and safety.
Ensure the step is anchored safely and solidly before starting.
Continue for a set amount of time/repetitions.
