Treadmills

  • Start in the all-fours position on the floor then extend your legs straight behind you.
  • Bring one knee into your chest, then quickly switch to bring the other knee into your chest.
  • Continue to alternate your feet.
  • Keep stomach muscles tight and back straight and not arched.
  • The action should be a smooth running motion with your arms in a fixed position. Continue.
