Treadmills
Start in the all-fours position on the floor then extend your legs straight behind you.
Bring one knee into your chest, then quickly switch to bring the other knee into your chest.
Continue to alternate your feet.
Keep stomach muscles tight and back straight and not arched.
The action should be a smooth running motion with your arms in a fixed position. Continue.
