Lower Back Exercise


Start Position
End Position


All Fours Superman with Alternating Arms

  • Start on the floor on your hands and knees.
  • While holding that position, raise your right arm and left leg off of the ground.
  • Keep the tummy tucked and the back straight.
  • Return to the starting position and repeat with the other arm and leg.
  • Hold each lift for 1-2 seconds.
  • Reposition and repeat according to the required repetitions/time.
