All Fours Superman with Alternating Arms
Start on the floor on your hands and knees.
While holding that position, raise your right arm and left leg off of the ground.
Keep the tummy tucked and the back straight.
Return to the starting position and repeat with the other arm and leg.
Hold each lift for 1-2 seconds.
Reposition and repeat according to the required repetitions/time.
