Lower Back Exercise
Bent Over Rowing
Stand with legs hip width apart and knees slightly soft, bend body at waist to lean torso forward.
Keep tummy muscles tight and back straight.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand hanging down toward the floor with arms extended.
Lift dumbbells up toward your shoulders, by bending the elbows past level of body.
Return to arms extended position and repeat.
