Lower Back Exercise





Bent Over Rowing

  • Stand with legs hip width apart and knees slightly soft, bend body at waist to lean torso forward.
  • Keep tummy muscles tight and back straight.
  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand hanging down toward the floor with arms extended.
  • Lift dumbbells up toward your shoulders, by bending the elbows past level of body.
  • Return to arms extended position and repeat.
