Good Mornings
Prime Movers: Lower back
Starting Position: Stand upright with your feet close together. Rest a barbell behind your neck on your traps.
Keep your head tilted back and your back completely straight.
Slowly bend at the waist until you form a ninety-degree angle with your lower
body.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
