Supermans

  • Lie on your stomach with your hands extended above your head and your feet kept together.
  • Slowly raise your arms and legs off the ground a few inches, hold 2 seconds, and then lower.
  • Avoid raising the head and legs beyond 8-12 inches, as excessive hyperextension may cause injury.
  • Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions/time.
