Shoulder Exercises



Curl to Press

  • Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Keep knees slightly bent and the back straight. With palms turned inward curl dumbbells up to shoulders.
  • As you begin to extend your arms above your head, twist both wrists so palms now face forward.
  • Lower weights in the same order as you raised them and continue this in the same smooth motion.
