Shoulder Exercises
Curl to Press
Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Keep knees slightly bent and the back straight. With palms turned inward curl dumbbells up to shoulders.
As you begin to extend your arms above your head, twist both wrists so palms now face forward.
Lower weights in the same order as you raised them and continue this in the same smooth motion.
