Dumbbell Overhead Swings

  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  • Keep your knees and elbows slightly bent and the torso tilting slightly forward.
  • Start the movement by raising the dumbbells upward over your head as you keep your palms facing inward.
  • Gradually lower weights to the starting position and repeat.
