Shoulder Exercises
Lateral/Frontal Raise Combo
Stand with feet hip width apart and hold a pair of weights in your hands at your side.
Tuck the tummy and keep the torso straight.
Keep your knees slightly bent.
Raise your arms sideways, palms down, up to shoulder level.
Lower arms to sides again and raise arms upwards in front of you, again with palms down, up to shoulder level.
Lower to complete movement.
Continue in a side-front-side-front motion.
