Lateral/Frontal Raise Combo

  • Stand with feet hip width apart and hold a pair of weights in your hands at your side.
  • Tuck the tummy and keep the torso straight.
  • Keep your knees slightly bent.
  • Raise your arms sideways, palms down, up to shoulder level.
  • Lower arms to sides again and raise arms upwards in front of you, again with palms down, up to shoulder level.
  • Lower to complete movement.
  • Continue in a side-front-side-front motion.
