Overhead Press

  • Hold dumbbells horizontally at the shoulders with upright arms, palms facing up.
  • Lift the dumbbells overhead with full arm extension making sure not to lock the elbows out explosively.
  • Return to the shoulder and immediately repeat the exercise.
