Diamond Push-ups
Begin in the all-fours position on the floor.
Place your hands together and make a diamond shape with your thumbs and forefingers.
Keep your hands and knees in contact with the ground.
Keep your tummy tucked and back straight.
Bend your arms and lower your chest to the floor.
Then push your body upward as you extend your arms, returning to the start position for repeating.
Continue for the prescribed number of repetitions/time.
