Diamond Push-ups

  • Begin in the all-fours position on the floor.
  • Place your hands together and make a diamond shape with your thumbs and forefingers.
  • Keep your hands and knees in contact with the ground.
  • Keep your tummy tucked and back straight.
  • Bend your arms and lower your chest to the floor.
  • Then push your body upward as you extend your arms, returning to the start position for repeating.
  • Continue for the prescribed number of repetitions/time.
